OUR VISION

The PSW Movement exists to create a culture where leaders and local churches can fulfill the GREAT COMMISSION in the spirit of the GREAT COMMANDMENT.

We believe that Discipleship is the key to healthy churches and leaders. Without Discipleship a follower of Christ is not able to achieve their ultimate potential and fulfill their calling and purpose.

It’s our heart to identify potential leaders, develop them in servant leadership skills and send them out to do the same with others. When we multiply leaders, the great commission is furthered!

We understand the most effective way to reach those lost is through multiplication of faith communities. Exponential growth is so much greater than addition and we believe the same for churches.
